Is it legal to redeem a Virginia lottery ticket under the age of 18?
I got a bunch of Virginia lottery ticket scratch cards or whatever you call them for Christmas. I won about 100 dollars from 4 or them. It says on the back "Ticker purchasers and players must be at lest 18 years old. Gifts of tickets to minors are prohibited (lol)" What I’m asking is if they will let me redeem the tickets for my cash that i won without being 18 (I’m 15)
